Conflict of Interest Policy

The International Journal of Innovation and Multidisciplinary Research (IJIAMR) is committed to ensuring transparency, fairness, and integrity throughout the publication process. All participants involved in the publication process are required to disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest that may influence their professional judgment.

Authors

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, professional, or personal relationships that could influence the research, interpretation of results, or conclusions presented in the manuscript.

Examples include:

  • Research grants or funding support.
  • Employment, consultancy, or advisory roles.
  • Ownership of patents or intellectual property related to the research.
  • Personal or professional relationships that may create bias.

Where no conflict exists, authors should include the following statement:

"The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest."

Reviewers

Reviewers should decline to review a manuscript if they:

  • Have a personal or professional relationship with any of the authors.
  • Have collaborated with the authors in recent years.
  • Have financial or institutional interests that could affect their objectivity.
  • Believe they cannot provide an impartial evaluation.

Any potential conflict must be disclosed to the Editor before accepting the review assignment.

Editors

Editors shall recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have:

  • Personal, professional, or financial interests.
  • Collaborative relationships with the authors.
  • Any circumstance that may compromise impartial decision-making.

In such cases, the manuscript will be assigned to another qualified editor.

Disclosure and Transparency

The Editorial Board will evaluate all disclosed conflicts of interest. Appropriate actions may be taken to ensure that conflicts do not influence editorial decisions or the integrity of the publication process.

Failure to disclose relevant conflicts of interest may result in rejection of the manuscript, publication of corrections, or other appropriate actions deemed necessary by the Editorial Board.
