Author Guidelines

 

Guidelines for authors

●      The articles should follow the APA style (7th Edition) of manuscript submission. 

 

●      Authors to disclose funding information and conflicts of interest (if any) in the manuscript.

​

●      Word Limit: 4000 words (excluding references)

​

●      Format: Microsoft Word Document

​

●      Font Style: Times New Roman

​

●      Font Size: 12 pt. 

​

●      Spacing: Double-spaced

​

●      Margin: 1" on all sides

 

●      Tables and figures: to follow a constant font and size of Times New Roman 10pt or 12pt, a maximum of two tables/figures is permitted as part of the manuscript.

​

●      Reference: in alphabetical order, following APA style

​

●      Abstract: between 150-200 words followed by 5 keywords

 

Headings to be covered in an Empirical Paper

●      Abstract with keywords

 

●      Introduction (should cover review of literature)

 

●      Method (Participants, Design, Measures, Procedure)

 

●      Results

 

●      Discussion

●      Limitations and Directions for Future Research

Headings to be covered in a Theoretical Paper

​

●      Abstract with keywords

​

●      Introduction (With the literature section summarising knowledge of a theme with citations and reference to earlier work)

●      Method (Specifying databases, indices and search terms, objective, inclusion and exclusion criteria)

​

●      Results (Summarising the collected data with statistical procedures used, tables, and figures)

​

●      Discussion and Conclusion (Make a clear statement of support or non-support concerning the research question and state the major findings of the study, limitations, and suggestions for future research)
